College days can be scary for all students and their parents. That is why, it is important to stay in touch with each other. Most students may feel nervous and homesick at first, but with communication from their parents. Their children can quickly overcome any feelings or fears they may have, during their transition to college life. When parents choose to communicate with their children, can become a life-line to home and all they miss.
By being involved in all their college students lives, parents can help their children excel in their studies and personal lives. Even the best college student, will need their parent's guidance and mementos from home. Some students would enjoy receiving frequent care packages, with personal items and a small family picture album. This way they feel like they are still an important part of their family, even when they are away.
